CAMPUS DANUBIA

Vienna, Austria

In response to the present situation, course instruction has been shifted to distance learning. Since March 11, 2020 all courses are being conducted online. An intensive exchange of ideas between instructors and students is now taking place. You are still most welcome to register for course work.

Although the facilities of Campus are temporarily closed, work continues uninterrupted on the accreditation project via home offices. We're glad to take your questions at kontakt@campus-danubia.at

We wish you God's peace and preservation,

Campus Danubia: studying theology in a bible oriented and practical way

Campus Danubia stands for a reflected theological training and engaged shaping of church and society.

We want to be a meeting point for those who are interested in theology and church ministry. We want to inspire and qualifiy them. Our courses provide fundamental knowledge of the bible and encourage exchange on current topics. This will provide a biblical and theological foundation for church ministry.
External quality assurance and international networking are a major concern to us. All our present courses are part of an accredited one year programme “Certificate in Theology” of the ECTE*. In addition we endeavour to achieve an official accreditation as a Private University by the AQ Austria**.

* Regcognition by ECTE (European Council for Theological Education) enables the graduate to join other evangelical higher educational institutions with an ECTE accreditation or another accreditation by an organisation of the global network ICETE (International Council for Evangelical Theological Education). The mission of ECTE is to assist evangelical theological education in Europe to become and to be ‘fit for purpose’ so that it equips the church for God’s mission.

** AQ Austria (Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria) carries out notification procedures based on the Act on Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institutions (HS-QSG). For further information please see menu “accreditation project”.
