Access requirements

For the planned Bachelors' programs a higher secondary school leaving certificate or the successful completion of a special university entrance qualification examination as well as knowledge of German (B2) will be required.

In addition an adequate knowledge of Latin will probably be required.

For the Master's Degree in Theology completion of a university (or college [Fachhochschule]) Bachelor's degree of equivalent standing that is relevant to the subject of theology is required. This degree has to have been earned at a recognised Austrian or foreign post-secondary educational institution. In addition, the student has to have a B2 level knowledge of the German language in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Detailed access requirements and admission procedures wil be described and regulated in the curricula at a later time.
